Why we collect and process your personal data
If you are an overseas Filipino and you register to Tindahan ni Bossing (“TINBO”), and complete a task such as SIM Registration for SVN and product purchase from May 9, 2024 to December 31, 2024, you automatically earn points and get a chance to be among the top 10 users in the leaderboard of the month to win exciting prizes, and be the grand bossing to win the grand prize.
As we run the Program, we process your personal data only for the purposes and legal bases described below:
Why your personal data is shared
We have engaged the services of Giftaway, Inc. (“Giftaway”) for the provision of the prizes for the top 10 TINBO users in the leaderboard every month. Though Giftaway will be providing the prizes that we will be giving away to the winners, they will not have access to your data. Further, awarding of prizes will be done by the authorized representative of PGI, an affiliate of PLDT OL authorized to provide support services to TINBO.
We have engaged the services of Amazon Web Services Inc (“AWS”) for the use of the redshift tool to verify the qualified participants and calculate the points earned of each participant. This means that we will disclose your registered name and transaction details to handle the list of participants along with the points earned per participant. They may process the data only for this purpose and will keep it in their records in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
We have likewise engaged the services of Qualtrics, LLC (“Qualtrics”), so we may send you survey to get your insights about the program and how we can improve to service you better. While your data is stored in the cloud facility of Qualtrics, it does not have access to your data.
How your personal data is protected
The integrity, confidentiality, and security of your Personal Data is important to us. This is why we strictly enforce this Privacy Notice within PLDT OL and PGI, and have implemented technical, organizational, and physical security measures that are designed to protect your information from unauthorized or fraudulent access, alteration, disclosure, misuse, and other unlawful activities. Your data is also protected from other natural and human dangers.
We will keep your data in our records for the duration of the Program, and for a maximum of three (3) months after.
