Why we collect and process your personal data
If you are an overseas Filipino and you register to TINBO February 9 to April 30, 2023 (11:59PM, PH Time), you automatically get one (1) raffle entry to the REGISTER TO WIN! RAFFLE. New and existing Tinbo users likewise get one raffle entry for every PHP50.00 worth of Tinbo transaction made (e.g. you earn six raffle entries when you purchase load or gaming PINs worth P300).
As we run the Promo, we process your personal data only for the purposes and legal bases described below:
If you are one of the raffle winners, we process your complete name, mobile number and email address that you use when you register to tinbo so we may notify you of how you may claim your prize as well as the subsequent data processing we may do such as posting your name as one of the promo winners on our social media pages. Should you agree, we will further coordinate with you to fulfill the prizes.
In the event you win a TINBO Voucher, we will process said data to credit the prize to your Tinbo account. If you win any cash prize, we will ask you to nominate a PH bank account or e-wallet under your complete name.
In the event you authorize someone else to claim any cash prize on your behalf, we will ask you to provide us a signed authorization letter stating the account name and account details of your authorized representative, and your valid government-issued ID showing your complete name and signature.
Why your personal data is shared
We have likewise engaged PLDT Global Corporation for the fulfillment of cash prizes. This means that we will disclose to PLDT Global Corporation your complete name, mobile number or email address that you use when you register to Tinbo and your PH bank account or e-wallet details, so that they may fulfill the prizes on our behalf. They may process the data only for this purpose and will keep it in their records for a maximum of 90 days after the Promo ends.

To exercise any of these rights, you and your Load Recipient may get in touch with our Data Privacy Officer through the contact details provided below. In some instances, we may request for supporting documents or proof before we effect any requested changes to your personal data.
If, despite our commitment and efforts to protect your personal data, you believe that your data privacy rights have been violated, we encourage and welcome individuals to come to PGC first to seek resolution of any complaint. You have the right at all times to register a complaint directly with the relevant data protection authority or to make a claim against us with a competent court (either in the country where you live, the country where you work, or the country where you deem that data privacy law has been infringed).
