Upang patuloy na ma-enjoy ang iyong assigned TINBO Number at makatanggap ng text/calls, kailangan mong mag-renew ng subscription sa halagang USD 1.

Oo, maaaring ma-unpair ang assigned TINBO Number sa iyong account kung patuloy ang hindi pag-renew ng subscription. Makikita ang validity date at TINBO Number status sa inyong TINBO Number Portal. Mangyari lamang na mag-renew ng iyong subscription on time para tuluy-tuloy ang pagtanggap ng text/calls.

Nakakatanggap ng One-Time PINs or OTP ang iyong assigned TINBO Number na kadalasang ginagamit ng third-party wallet apps at online banking sa pag-validate ng inyong account.
Kung gagamitin mo ang iyong assigned TINBO Number para mag-register sa mga third-party apps, siguraduhing patuloy mong ire-renew and inyong TINBO Number para maka-receive ng OTPs, service notifications at para ma-retain ang inyong access sa inyong TINBO Number.

Ang messages sa iyong TINBO Number Inbox ay automatic na nadi-delete kapag umabot na ito ng three (3) months. Ginagawa ito ng aming system para ma-ensure na mabilis ang pag load ng iyong inbox.

Contact the TINBO service desk team via Facebook Messenger. We can process a refund if the transaction is invalid (no valid recipient), but if its valid you may contact the receiving partner bank and provide the transaction details.

3. Employment Contract if needed coverage is less than 12 months.

You can pay via Credit/Debit Card, Online Banking, or through GCash. You may also opt to settle the premium over-the-counter at 7/11, Cebuana Lhuillier, or at MLhuillier. Premiums depend on the length of the employment term. The minimum period of cover should be at least 6 months with a rate of USD 17.40.

1. Accidental Death: Provides US$20,000 of benefit due to accidental death
2. Natural Death: Provides US$10,000 of benefit for death due to natural causes
3. Permanent Total Disablement & Dismemberment: Up to US$7,500 of benefit for disability or dismemberment due to accident or health-related issues suffered during the OFW’s employment.
4. Repatriation: Actual cost of bringing the OFW back home due to illegal termination or death
5. Subsistence Allowance: Provides monthly allowance of at least US$100 per month for up to 6 months for workers involved in litigation in the host country
6. Money Claims: At least 3 months of salary or a maximum of $1,000/month up to 6 months given to the OFW in settlement of a case filed with the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) due to the employer’s liability.
7. Compassionate Visit: Allows a loved one to visit if the worker is hospitalized and confined for at least 7 consecutive days
8. Medical Evacuation: Allows the OFW to be transferred to another facility for better treatment if adequate medications are unavailable near the OFW
9. Medical Repatriation: Allows the OFW to be brought back home due to medical condition (an alternative appropriate mode of transportation, such as air ambulance, may be arranged if not fit for commercial flights. Medical and non-medical escorts may be provided when necessary).

You may enter up to 3 beneficiaries only.

For any claim arising from accidental or permanent total disablement, the following documents, duly authenticated by the Philippine foreign posts or by the local registry if death occurs in the Philippines, whichever is applicable, shall be sufficient evidence to substantiate the claim:
Death Certificate – in case of accidental death;
Police or Accident Report – in case of accident; and
Medical Certificate – in case of permanent disablement.

For the purpose of identifying the legitimate and/or designated beneficiaries, the following claim documents shall also be submitted:
Birth Certificate of insured, if beneficiary is a parent or a child;
Marriage Contract of insured and spouse, if beneficiary is the spouse;
Affidavit of Legal Guardianship, if beneficiary is a minor; and
Other documents as may be necessary to establish identity of claimants.

For Repatriation – certification which states the reason/s for termination of the migrant worker’s employment and the need for his/her repatriation issued by the Philippine foreign post or POLO located in the receiving country; Photocopy of Passport, Copy of Return Trip Ticket and Official Receipt
For Subsistence Allowance Benefit Claim – certification issued by the concerned Labor Attaché or, in his absence, the embassy or consular official stating the title of the case, the names of the parties and the nature of the cause of action of the migrant worker.
For Settlement of Money claims – certified true copy of the final decision of the NLRC or compromise agreement.
For Compassionate Visit - Medical Report; Certification that the OFW is confined for at least seven (7) days; official receipt for the payment of airline ticket
For Medical Evacuation/Repatriation - Medical Certificate; document showing the breakdown and total cost of evacuation/repatriation.
